Mr. Riekenberg was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar and United States District Court for the District of Nebraska in 1981 and is presently admitted to practice before those courts as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was a clerk for the Honorable William C. Hastings of the Nebraska Supreme Court from 1981 to 1982. He has been a partner with the firm since 1988. Mr. Riekenberg was admitted to the Iowa State Bar Association in 1999 and presently practices before the Iowa courts and commissions as well. Mr. Riekenberg has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. |
